Return policy
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have gone since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several types of goods cannot be returned. We do not accept, among other things, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Certain health and personal care items
* Tweezers and Needles
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or denied.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if any)
If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially issued.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Promotions
A promotional code cannot be applied to a previously placed order.
Items on sale (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately items on sale cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@framedfaces.ca and send your item to: A-1087, boul. Des Laurentides, Laval, QC, H7G 2W2, Canada.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you by mail.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the donor had the order shipped to you later, we will send a refund to the donor and they will inquire about your return.
Delivery
To return your product, you must mail your product to: A-1087, boul. Des Laurentides, Laval, QC, H7G 2W2, Canada.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges for the return of your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
