* your debt has been assigned to a third party within the last three years, or year in the case of a deceased customer
* your application for credit has been rejected within the last three months

What do we use your personal data for?
We will use your personal data to create and manage your personal account and to provide you with a relevant personalised experience relating to FRAMED FACES. 

We will provide you with your order history and details, and allow you to set up your account (including your marketing preferences). We will also give you simple techniques for maintaining accurate information, such as contact and payment information. In addition, we will allow you to save items to your Cart, offer sizing recommendations and allow you to rate and review products you have purchased from us.

To provide you with relevant product recommendations, FRAMED FACES will process your browsing on our digital platforms (including our website and app), your purchase history and product reviews, and data you have submitted through your account.

We will use your personal data to deal with your queries, manage product claims and warranty issues, and provide you with technical support via email, telephone, and through our chat facility and social media.

We will use the data to evaluate, develop and improve our services, products and systems for all our customers. Therefore, we will not analyse your data on an individual basis, all processing will be done on pseudonymised data.

This includes analysis to make our services more user-friendly, such as modifying the user interface to simplify the flow of information or to highlight features commonly used by our customers in our digital channels, and to improve IT systems to increase the security of our visitors and customers in general.
